Here at Student Youth leaders for STEM, we aim to bring STEM concepts to kids in fun, thought-provoking, and approachable, ways. Our sessions cater to students aged 9 - 12, as they are old enough to work through difficult concepts / labs, but still young enough to enhance their love for STEM. 

Our chapters reach out to local institutions of learning, such as libraries or schools, and partner with them to set up learning environments. Our volunteers then pick out some STEM concepts to teach, research engaging ways to demonstrate them, get the materials needed, and walk our students through the labs.
